Zac Brown Celebrates Mullets, Aerobics And ‘Ghost’ In ’80s-Spoofing Video For ‘Swayze’

Zac Brown recently released his first solo album, The Controversy, and on Tuesday the Zac Brown Band frontman unveiled a new video for the single “Swayze” featuring Sasha Sirota.

The video is a celebration of all thing’s 80s, from mullets to aerobics to re-enacting an iconic pottery-making scene from “Ghost”

“The comedic music video which stars television personality and survivalist Jake Nodar, features an ’80s-inspired workout, silly dance moves and pays homage to some Patrick Swayze classics,” notes a press release for the new video.

“Swayze is just for fun, my friend Sasha Sirota wrote this with me and when he brought me the hook I knew I wanted to do something with it,” said Brown of the video.

“I’m actually a Patrick Swayze fan and the song and music video are absolutely for fun, to dance, to be absurd and to have a good time,” he said, adding the video “was definitely made to bring some laughs.”

Meanwhile, Brown has also just launched a new TikTok channel, which can be visited right here.
