Black Widow Teaser Trailer: Did you notice The Hulk connect in the Scarlett Johansson starrer? FIND OUT



The teaser trailer of Black Widow starring Scarlett Johansson is finally out and we’ve got a glimpse of the action-packed extravaganza that’s in store for us in 2020. However, there was also a minor Hulk connect in the teaser trailer and incase you missed it, read below to know what it was.

Today is Natasha Romanoff’s day as finally, the teaser trailer of Black Widow is out. After Spider-Man: Far From Home, the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) fans have been craving for some good Marvel content. At the 2019 San Diego Comic Con and D23 Expo, fans were lucky enough to catch glimpses of Black Widow, which marks the first installment in Phase 4 of the MCU. In what will be Black Widow’s first standalone film, Scarlett Johansson is all set to give us an action-packed extravaganza!

Even though the teaser was just two-minutes long, we got a look at the supporting characters as well! David Harbour dons the suit of Red Guardian with utmost pride while Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova shows us a different meaning to the word sister! While we also get to see Rachel Weisz in a bada– avatar as Melina Vostokoff, there’s also the main villain The Taskmaster. However, towards the beginning of the teaser trailer, did you notice the Hulk connect, which also ties it to the events of Captain America: Civil War (2016).

Well, featuring in the teaser trailer of Black Widow was Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross, which is played by William Hurt. Thunderbolt is Bruce Banner’s love interest Betty Ross’ father and the U.S. Army general, who was hell-bent on capturing Hulk in The Incredible Hulk (2008). Ross also features in Civil War as The United States Secretary of State, who meets the Avengers to discuss the Sokovia Accords.
