Any advice for picking up after a bad day? : BingeEatingDisorder

I’ve been on a good 4 or 5 day streak of eating healthy, moderate portions, basically doing everything I can and succeeding by listening to my body and drinking lots of water, but today I fell off. I got in a fight with one of my family members and it triggered me. Any advice for picking back up the day after and not trying to over-restrict or say “screw it” and go back to old ways? Even sitting here right now surrounded by chip bags and chocolate wrappers I can’t help but feel overwhelmed and ashamed. Any advice would be great, I’m determined to change.
